Kenneth J. Cook – Co-Founder
Ken is an expert in relationship management, having founded Peer to Peer Advisors, New England's largest independent peer advisory board services company. With over 25 years of consulting experience, Ken has worked extensively with high-growth and middle-market companies, focusing on marketing, sales, and growth strategies. His writing includes How to WHO: Selling Personified,The Wisdom of Our Peers, and several guides published by the American Management Association. Ken’s insights have also been shared through his columns in city business journals and at conferences for Inc. Magazine, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and Fortune 500 companies like IBM, AT&T, NCR, and Verizon. Additionally, he has served as a Senior Consultant for the Department of Defense and an adjunct faculty member at Boston University and Wright State University.

Candis S. Cook – Co-Founder
Candis brings over 30 years of experience in strategy development, group facilitation, and information technology to How To Who. Her career includes 13 years at Synecticsworld, Inc., where she specialized in creativity facilitation, consumer insight research, and business process innovation for executive teams at companies like IBM, Nabisco, Burger King, HBO, and Bank of America. Prior to Synecticsworld, Candis held director-level positions across various roles, including sales, channel strategy, and global technology planning. She has guest-lectured at the Harvard Business School on group creativity and collaborated on research published in the Harvard Business Review. Candis graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cabrini College, receiving the Psychology Department Award for Excellence.
