1. Digital Products

All digital products (such as e-books, guides, and courses) are non-refundable. Once purchased and accessed, these products cannot be returned due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.

2. Physical Products

How to Who currently only offers digital products and does not handle physical goods. If physical products are introduced in the future, a separate return policy will be provided.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product.
  • The product was not delivered due to a technical error.
